Cohabi is primarily a free platform. Basic services including:

  • Creating an account
  • Posting listings
  • Searching for rooms or roommates
  • Basic communication features

These services are provided at no cost and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

2. Premium Features

For any future premium or paid features:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions
  • No refunds for monthly subscriptions after the first 14 days
  • No refunds for one-time feature purchases after use

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel a premium subscription or request a refund:

  • Log into your account and visit the billing settings
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  • Fill out the cancellation form
  • Contact support if you encounter any issues

4. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit will appear on your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation
